I have seen this a/c before. I think it is a pusher, but did know that Earhart was involved with it.

I ran across that one when doing a search of Belgian aircraft. There only seems to be 2 or perhaps 3 pictures of it.
This one surprised me because I had not heard of it before, even though they built 20 of them, and there is even one in the National Space and Aviation Museum. There is a plan for a 20" rubber-powered model on Outerzone.

It's a Lavochkin LA-15 codename "Fantail". Also further developed to the LA-176 and was the first Soviet aircraft to exceed Mach 1.

Looks to be a rival of the F-86 from our "kin" just northeast of Japan.
