If it seem balanced on the rotor shaft, maybe the head angle is slightly off. Might also be that the fairly large dia. tail rotor is is exerting some down force.  Just a thought...

Thanks guys,

The Bell has a lot of weight in the nose and she still fly's backwards, still need a little more in the nose, I will try another flight soon.

I need to just make a few minor changes to this model and she should be a good flyer, I am real close.  Smiley

Your test flight area looks a bit too crowded. I cringed at the thought of a crash that might destroy that beautiful work. But it seems that helicopters are quite a 'hands on' machine. Good work!  Smiley
