Not plans, but some pics of 2 stooges I've made just to give others ideas. The double T shaped one I hung over the side of my pickup truck bed. The other hooks into the center hole of my spare tire rim.

 

Sure it's a wrinkly mess, but it flies.

Hi Larry - here is four pics of a cheapie   Smiley   winding stooge I made, just like the one in Don Ross' book "Rubber Powered Model Airplanes" page 89.   Shove the wood stake into the ground, attach 4 bungie cords from the big eye hooks to tent stakes in the ground, and it is solid.   I suggest making the floor extend further out to the front past the vertical ears, and make sure to put foam padding on it.   I plan on building a better one some day.
