Radials for the Tri-motor.  Almost wordless workshop.  Dowel and thread for cylinders.

Balsa blocks for the valve covers.  Shape with dremel.

Add the "Jimmies and Jammies"  Push rod tubes, wires, etc.

Love the details really makes the Ford Tri-Motor

Thanks for the process...I can see where balsa and lighter materials could be used for the free flight guys...Especially the threading of the dowls...WOW

Valve lifting rods and a bit of paint.  FINI!  Google image search the engine that you want.  I collect many photos.  REmember....these  engines are not exact.   rather , they are abstracts.  They look great under a cowel.
