Thanks for the welcome.

Here's another pic of the P51H after a couple of good glides and too much confidence on my part.  The third launch took up most of my backyard and then caught a small breeze and banked into the ladder stored next to the garage.  Since repaired and retissued.

Keep em flying,
Tom

Greetings to all,

Just found this site and love the layout of the pages.  I'm a newbie to he stick and tissue modeling.  Have joined a cookup on Hip Pocket Aeronautics in the Koutny Cookup.  I have completed a P51H and have started a Bf109F.  I'm just starting to cover the 109.  I'll post a few pics of the two birds.  I've tested glided the P51H and was rewarded with two nice strait glides.  So I reached back and really launched the third glide.  Well close to the end of my back yard the right wingtip caught a draft and she banked left right into a step ladder stored under the over hang of the garage.  Dinged the left wing root.  Have since repaired the leading edge and sliced ribs infront of the main spar.  Still a novice at this free flight stick and tissue modeling.  Learning about rubber motors next! Shocked Here's the pics
Best Regards,
