Welcome to the forum Norfolk. The plan you refer to is found on Outerzone here: https://outerzone.co.uk/plan_details.asp?ID=919. It is a 48" wingspan scale model meant to be flown as a towline glider. You don't mention your building experience. Have you built stick and tissue models already? Are you familiar with flying towline gliders? Not meaning to discourage you in any way. It just gives some idea of what kind of advice you may require.

I have not posted here before so if this is the wrong place I apologise but it seems about the nearest.

For a complete  change I am moved to build a model of the Hamilcar Glider for fun flying.  I am proposing to use the plan by Mr Base - it is some 48ins span.

Has anyone built one please or can anyone tell me anything about the model.  Not many people’s choice perhaps but then
I suppose I can be unorthodox on occasions.

Many thanks.
