Nah, get some music on and steady supply of caffine and the time just dissappears (although that could be the dope fumes) Wink

Had a bit of a patch/repair frenzy this afternoon on my duration stuff. Lots still to do but thought I'd show you what I've been up to.
From the left is a pair of F1H (A1) wings, a Senator tailplane, FagAshLil (Own design rubber), Senator wing, Coupe wing, another pair of F1H wings, Challenger wing, Pair of F1H fuz's., another Rubber wing, Scram wing and the matching pair of the Challenger wing.
Gold star to anyone that recognised any. Smiley

(Peeking in from the right is atailboom of one of my F1A's)

All of these have aquired tears or damage during the last contest season and I decided to get them all done in one mamoth 5 hour session whilst everyone was out. I'm now reeling from the combined fumes of dope and flourescent spray Tongue

Top tip - for a quick temporary repair on the field try 'scotch tape' (it's the one you can write on with a pencil). Sticks well, means you can carry on flying straight away and when you have a bit of time ,(later at home), it peels off easily without tearing the tissue so you can make a nice clean repair Smiley

By the way the Halberstadt is still sitting there. . .waiting, waiting. . .

Cheers Eric, though if the photos of the storm from the east are the ones I'm thinking of then this counts as merely a hiccup in the build process Cheesy

(Besides I think I added way too much weight with the spaying trying for a completely opaque finish)

Here is the currrent state of a DPC Halberstadt which was nearing completion when a reference book on the shelf above it decided to try and make a bid for freedom Angry
May not be easy to see, but both main longerons and all stringers snapped aft of cockpit. Upper wing broken on spars and trailing edge.
Not a huge repair, but it really took the wind out of my sails. . .
Came across the model in the partly finished pile the other day and thought I really ought to repair it

Memo's to self - 1)Shelves should be well away from worksurfaces.
                       2) Make up a box to store model in BEFORE completion
