Caudron G4 is correct. As for the markings I'd say destined for Japan but back in that time period Japan used the red "meatball" and the Netherlands used an orange one. I've got no listing of a G4 in Japan or the Netherlands but Japan did have/purchase at least one G3 (single engine). Finland had a G4...but, afterall, Finland isn't the Netherlands.

Bottom line is: I dunno.
