Here's another Kit and supplies supplier for free flight modellers.  PAL Model Products and Blue Ridge Models....

The Square Eagle has had rave reviews and a club on HPA used it as a one kit contest bird and several went out of Sight.  They apparently fly very well.  One is noted of flying several minutes and landing 200 yards away.
Sounds good. Grin Wink Cool

He did not have a 14 inch like I needed for the T-craft.  And he is a bit higher, altho I suspect you get more for the money. I think his are finished.
I am pretty sure he does not make 3 bladed units.  Next time I need one I will give him a try.

I think Alan Cohen still carve props for a price and I believe he carves them to any size you want, I think you can find them here:   Hobby Specialties

I heard that too. I am hoping those problems had been resolved.  I'm gonna miss those props. Those were great props and came in sizes others dont offer.

That's Great News!!!!  I have spoken to Carole and the gang a couple times. I look forward to speaking to you.

Are you going to be able to sell those wooden props, or has that source stopped.

I think it was Superior Props....I believe the gentleman running/making the props had some health issues and is no longer making them...there was some talk of selling the business with the tooling for continuing the business, but didn't hear what became of that...

George...glad to hear you'll be taking over "Shorty's Basement"  will you keep the name or will it be changed?

Just found out that Shorty's Basement is closing down as soon as kits and products are sold....sorry to hear about this.  Carol noted it was due to illnesses this past year...  Best wishes to she and Dan.

There's always the old standby, Guillow.

http://www.guillow.com

The 200, 300, 400, and 700 series kits are now laser cut.  There are also two new 300 series kits, the DeHavilland DHC-2, Beaver, available now and the Pilatus PC-6, Porter, that will be released in about a month and a half.
