It's definitely French registration....fabric-covered wings...gotta be 20's-early 30's.  Open-air cockpit up topside...Looks great!  Could shake itself to death!  FRENCH FARMAN F-4X JABIRUS - TRI-MOTOR AEROPLANE  Wink Cheesy Grin
