Hi Ya'll,

I found this on Yahoo RC Forum on how to make a "kitchen floor Vacuum Former machine" 

check out this video.  You can see how this can be used to vacuform parts for rubber powered S&T models.  this one is a bit large for our purposes but I think you'll see how you can scale it down for your needs.
