	I suspect some will be amused by the method but here are The Flying Cloud Jr fuselage halves going together starting at the nose, my choice and as spelled out in the plan. Isn't it funny how everything looks square, plumb and true until a photograph is taken. Terry

	Bob you're right on, my first post stated original plans designed before 1950. As far as I'm concerned, any redraw or reduction or enlargement of original plan is fine. A total redesign of the plan would be a new plan based on the outline of the original plan and that would qualify as a new plan, in my opinion for this cookup. I'll let others for another qualification work that out. Hope this is clear enough. Build what you'd like at whatever size you can accommodate. Original plan designed before 1950. Any enlargement or reduction is ok (you're on your own there). Tom

	I agree 40" is BIG when space is at a premium, as for dates i think before 1950 but ask Tom. Bob

	Okee... I looked on O.Z. and the date stated is 1946 for the Gypsy. When are the cut-off dates for these classes (N. America and Europe)? O.Z. also lists the "Gypsy Half Size" 21inch span model drawn and published with KK permission in Aeromuddler (1990) by John Davies. Don't know if this would qualify for this CU...

	The COMET "Zipper" (Carl Goldberg) can make a very viable rubber powered model at 50%. In fact, a number of Carl's early designs can be made into "scale" rubber models. Sailplane at 35% (25.2") or 40% (28.8") should be OK, and there is a plan of the Valkyrie (Scientific Models) for rubber available (have it in my files). I may tag along here with the Keil Kraft "GYPSY" (Repli Kit "short kit") that I almost started building back when Caley built hers, but never got much further than cutting out some of the printwood (it's a BIG model at 40" span).

	Terryman, I look forward to seeing your build. That's a very graceful looking plane. Bob, No, the Zipper I am thinking of is a pylon wing from comet. Looks like a 'playboy' or 'sailplane'. I might be wrong. I will double check. Its a Goldberg model. Have always loved those Goldberg models, but strangely, have never built one. Let me get back to you on that, I could be mistaken. Also have always wanted to build the Wisp. Small simple plane with only ribs and a couple formers to cut out. Otherwise, it's all stick. 1946, I believe. cabin model. I have been rooting around in the outdoor sport section in the plans gallery on HPA. Cant post a link there, you have to register. Free to register. The Zipper is there.

	I printed out the plans and taped them together yesterday. Will be starting tomorrow! I'm looking forward to this build. As I mentioned earlier, I'll be doing a tween the wars scheme on my Jimmie Allen Parasol. Well Terry, as Bob said your out of the gate quickly again. I'm looking forward to following your build. Especially how you construct the fuselage and cabin. Sky9pilot
