Really nice job, Kerak!  The 12" Spad was my first Comet build also (but not my first build) also WAAAY back in the Pleistocene period Wink.  One of my fav aircraft!

Just completed a Comet Spad of the 12"ws variety.  Lacks rigging...maybe in a day or so.  The last Comet Spad I completed was about 55 years ago...that one of the 16"ws type.  I challenged a school friend to a build contest...he would do the Guillows Spad and I would do the Comet.  He crapped out in short order while I kept going to the end.  What I really remember was that he wouldn't let me finish the Guillows ac!   Well...here's my first post...I hope.
