Go for it Dave!!!  I'm happy to hear of the one fault of swing fliers.  I could use that fault.   As for the P-51 I totally understand.  I'm assuming that your FW is a 190.  But Focke Wulf did build some other aircraft.

Looking forward to this build.

After about 20 flights on the Stuka, I did find a fault with this tether flying. There is never any wrecks. There is never a reason to build another tether airplane. Dropped the ball on the P-51 build. I don't know, P-51's have been done to death. Bought a Focke Wolf kit I am going to do next. With how great the Bellanca Junior flies, and how cool the Focke Wolf looks, I'm hoping for another great flier. Will be starting that when it shows up.

Bob
That's the beauty of this tether flying. There's 6" of snow on the ground. This is part of why I got into this tether, I still get to enjoy some air under my wings in the winter. And your right, I'm having a blast with this.

One last action shot. Forgot, also have the cowl flaps to put on yet. Thinking of doing a P-51 next. We'll see.

I know your supposed to put the dark color over the light color. But, I did not want to cover the whole plane in tan, and then mostly all over again in green. So I put the tan over the green. Came out fair. Painted the nose yellow because it was easy. I think I remember looking at pictures once of a Stuka that had a yellow nose. Because I remember saying, why would you put yellow on something you really don't want to stand out. I think it looks cool.

Always wanted a Stuka. Used the green paper from the bargain pack. Could have been a little darker, but oh well. In hindsight, guess I could have black chalked the paper. Haven't tried chalking yet.
