nothing published to my knowledge, but I experienced this the first week I signed up years ago.  I just commented on other builds and before I knew it I had access to all the threads.

Not sure why this is so!

Is there any published threshold for this access. I didn't mean to touch off an issue with this question.

I think the most general answer to New Builders question is Dime Scale is a 12 to 16 inch wing span approximately scale model.  Rules for Dime Scale competition are much more detailed for those serious about it.

I found a lot of information searching "dime scale rules" and "dime scale history"  including a links back to this site that actually work!

Well just go to the board under the welcome section! "Various Divisions of Free Flight Models".
Sorry for the problem with the link.

It is only that particular link that is problematic. I am quite conversant with computers. I tried it with a Win10 OS, my usual XP OS, and both Firefox and Opera. I have my system set to flush all caches on program termination. I even logged off and on again. Perhaps it is because you have administrative privileges that you can access the link?
Is there anyone who is not an administrator that can access that link?

PB,
Have you emptied your history browser cache lately? This might just help you.  We have been having some hiccups with the site. But that wouldn't explain your inability to access this board or the other boards.  Have you downloaded any new programs or updated any programs lately.  Sometime that will affect people's access.  Just a thought.

New Members must acquire a number of posts for complete access.  Either that or you must login again.

Hi Tom - Seems I'm barred from this venue, any way I can gain access?
