Hi, i have been building living room stick rubber powered planes for years using thin wrapping polythene plastic. I discovered that a guy in Netherlands is doing the same and is getting about 2 minute flights in a small room. Smiley

No offense taken...sometimes the printed response is incomplete in conveying a response.

No reason for being upset Tom, I did not mean that. S&T is a great website with lots of cool info, you did not get my point. Nevermind.

Indoor is all that appeals to you?  Lots of stuff in other post that could relate to indoor flying.  But as the old saying goes, "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!"

Enjoy the build and marvel at the flight!

LRF...if you aren't scrolling down this Forum page, you're missing a lot of great input by our modelers!  All new post are marked by a flashing yellow button!

I watched the video and that didn't look like tissue, and some suggested the indoor Penny plane and F1D's category.  I did think your plane was going to be film covered.  We like to have variety and to promote all forms of Free Flight, even though most of us build with balsa sticks and tissue.  I thought we had an indoor board that fit most builds but the film indoor models are a special breed.  I'm still amazed at their flight and especially the high endurance micro film models.  The slow flight and the propellers rotating so slowly!

Ahaha now you took the scrolling argument out of my hand. I take that game Wink But please read the following:

Share your rubber powered flying stick and tissue projects currently on your workbench. These models are intended to be tossed into the wild blue yonder and fly all on their own. Enjoy the build and wonder at the flight!

1) Its rubber powered stick and tissue project
2) its currently on my workbench
3) you can toss it into wild blue
4) it will fly on its own
5) you can fly dimescale indoor

So put this thread where it belongs to please Smiley
