Welcome aboard Mitch! This is really a great place for model BUILDERS. I'm with you though, I love to build but find trimming a challenge.

Hello Mitch !!  I also "have recently combined my love of balsa building with the challenge of making them fly!   Cheesy  Easy to build. Not easy to fly! "   Yes - easy to build, not easy to fly. -  Rubber powered that is ...  The hardest part is finding a good place to fly and getting good weather.   Please feel free to post any pics, comments, or suggestions into any of my builds, any time.  And that goes for anyone ...  Smiley   I am determined to fly a bipe next year ... and need tips ...

Hi Mitch and thanks for joining our happy group. Looking forward to your input and seeing your models. Any questions and we are here to help.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.  Sitting around watching Macy's Parade and wanted to share that I am a Naval Flight Officer Vet from 1973-77.  Was encouraged to join by General Hersey who picked my birthday number 11 in the 1970 draft ( I think )!  Grew up enjoying building, drawing, painting airplanes, airplanes, airplanes and recently combined my love of balsa building with the challenge of making them fly!  Easy to build. Not easy to fly!
