Ray, you make it look easy, but I know that it aint so.

Did you share the plans for this helicopter? If so I missed it or don't remember.

Here are the main rotor blades, the wire loop you see on top of the main rotor hub is used to pin for stretch winding, don't forget to open this area in the tissue for access to the rubber motor hook.

I just had to put a rocket launcher on mine, with main rotor blades on and balance weight total all up weight is just 24 grams, she is 18 inches long so she should have no issues flying.  Wink

Finish tail fin assembly and cover, all tail fin parts are made from 1/32" balsa, then make tail rotor and tail rotor pulley assembly as per plans.

Make tail fin, skis, pulleys and motor stick assembly, pulleys are made with a balsa core of 2 balsa disks per each pulley, 1 is 1/16" balsa and 1 is 1/32" balsa of the proper DIA shown on plans, the pulley faces are made out of 0.10 plastic styrene sheet 1/16" larger in DIA than the pulley cores. Each pulley core is faced with very fine sandpaper before pulley faces are glued on, bore of pulleys is 1/16" DIA and a 1/16" DIA aluminum tube is glued into the center of each pulley.

Make landing gear wire and attach to gear formers and start adding the rest of fuselage formers, cross members, and balsa sheeting to areas shown.

Ok guy's here we go, I have already built my model to check the plans and parts, just a little tweaking on the plans and I will have them posted on Monday, I will be flight testing this weekend.
I built this model in 3 days so it is as simple as I can get it, very basic structure, just two pulleys to make is the hardest things to make on this and they are really not that hard. I printed all the coloring and markings on tissue with my printer and attacked to model, no painting or shinking of tissue. Here are my construction pictures, rotor DIA is 16 inches. I start off with building two side frames.
