If you can do the CAD you have the option of the suggested Program files, your programs (mine's TurboCad) but also offers DWG,DXF,etc. when you save the one you're working on. You might want to check with your friend and see what his printer requires.

I can probably do the CAD.  Not sure I can get it saved in the proper format.  One of my co-workers has a 3D printer.  I might just have to ask him what I need to do.

I'm sure that would be possible.  It would require a CAD or .DWG, .DXF, or similar drawing file of each of the components inorder to print them.  I'm sure someone out there in cyber land can do this. It's beyond my capabilities at the present.

I've been wondering if anyone has tried to 3D print all the parts needed for a counter-rotating prop.  Something like what Don Ross shows in his book.  I don't have a 3D printer, so I don't know if this is possible.

Prosper (modeler on HPA) used this system on his Martin-Baker MB-V 21 and I drew this up from his photos on HPA.  It's a viable option for anyone building a contr-rotating prop aircraft...
