They are modelers from Czechoslovakia.

A note of interest, if you open the url for this site in Google Chrome you can read the pages in English. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and the translation option will appear Grin

I reviewed the construction process and although it doesn't show it...it looks like he used a wire cutter with templates to hollow out the fuselage parts.  Cheapo foam cutter: Click Here
