This is unbelievable and completely unforgivable. It is however how things seem to be moving but thankfully there are still a great number of us that are still good and righteous people. So sorry for your loss of a simply stunning airplane.

Pure evil Mike!  So sorry to hear of this experience!  Makes me want to lay hands on him without prayer!  But I must restrain myself!  So sad that people have gotten to this place!

Sorry to hear of that happening Mike. It seems to be part of the insanity gripping certain parts of the world nowadays. Maranatha!

That's a stunner!  Never heard of anything like that happening before...accidents yes...but intentional destruction!  I'm afraid this could result in some serious "mayhem!" on my part...or at least an attempt at it.  Really sorry any thing like that happened, Mike.  Undecided Cry

Rebuild it...just to show 'em! Smiley

A short post-script on the Broussard I built for this cookup...

I took the Broussard out for some flying this morning.  Flew a half-dozen nice flights, top three between 75-85 seconds.  On the last flight the model flew in front of a passer-by on the edge of the field.  He stopped, picked it up, looked it over, tossed it in the air, then walked over to where it landed and stomped it flat.  R.I.P.  Broussard.

To all of our members...we are aware of the difficulties and problems we're having with the site.  Our apologies to y'all!  We know some boards are not accessible and so far no one has been able to post pictures/attachments.  Please be patient with us as we do our best to correct the situation.  Our host has gone to a new server and our site has almost the oldest version of YaBB that exists so there are some adjustments that have to be found/invented to  make the corrections.  Thanks again for your patience!

Well I finished the Comet all but the clear prop.  That's next.  Took her outside and gave her a couple of tosses.  She glides nice but the wind was too much to see if the turn was wind or washout.  So brought her back inside.  Nice to have some sunshine up here in the Pacific North West.  Took some pics but unfortunately accidentally deleted them trying to transfer them to the computer.  So will have to take some more!  Later. Gonna test to see if I can post an attachment with old pic.

Well, Winter is over, but... I finally wrapped up the Megow 29" Fairchild J2K-2 (24R). I was shooting for a 56g target, it's 47g as shown, sans rubber. It was a challenging build. Now, back to the Thunderbolt! Wash your hands!

Breaking new territory always brings challenges and difficulties. I wonder how it would look scaled down to Peanut size! Hmm.
