Welcome Tim!  Interesting choice of subject - I love the shape of the wings on that Martinsyde.  Look forward to following your build.

If I have done the resizing correctly then I should be posting pics of the plan and also the CERVIA newsletter so you can see what I am intending.

Hooray, it worked Grin Smiley

I would like to join in with the cookup if I may. Been lurking for years and also had a modelling drought recently due to a health problem. So a cookup will hopefully help to get me building again.

I subscribe to a French modelling newsletter called CERVIA (Centre díetudes et de recherches sur le vol díinterieur díaeromodeles!) produced by Jaques Cartigny, and the recent edition had a peanut plan for the Martinsyde Semiquaver by Roger Aime. So that will be my entry.
Iím a slow builder so donít expect speedy progress.

I just found another Golden Era racing airplane in one of those confounded boxes that has everything that is not within reach or memory.

Chambermaid.

I am considering doing the Bugatti 100 so I can use my new contra-rotating gearing adapted from a model helicopter. The W/S would be between 20 and 22 inches. The other one under consideration is the SNCASE SE 100 so I can incorporate the Durand twin-drive transmission I demonstrated on a test rig. Again, a W/S between 20 and 24 inches is estimated.

I'm going with the Crosby CR-4.

Sorry for the large pic but it is the smallest I could find that my old computer would fetch up.

Just for clarification Golden Age of Aviation is 1920s - 1930s.

This bird (Keller Bechereau), AK, was in the FAC Newsletter several issues back.† Maybe last year.† Interesting history included.

I'm going with the Fokker Super Universal: here's a link to one in the UK indoor scale Click Here
