I've found a new source of custom one-off's decals as well as stock and production decals. These are water-slide decals, which are of high quality on par with Cartograph

He has been very responsive to all of my queries and has a wide variety of samples on his site.  Many of his deals can be backlighted for that GPS moving map display.
