this link shows the manufacture of balsa shells. I will use this method for the fuselage.
Pictures of fish and shell are my preparations before making a wooden matrix. The front part of the fuselage is elongated, different from the scale.
m1 - front gearbox it's multiplicity rate is 3 (no reduction!)
m2 - main and tail gearbox.
main is multiplicity rate is 1.5, tail is 4.
It's  allows to use of a thick rubber harness. 10 rings of 1/8 tan supersport rubber. Weight of rubber harness is 10 gram.
Distance between hooks 155 millimeters.
m3 - tail gerbox, it's making from a little cylindrical  gears.
m4 - rear mounting rubber harness by metallic tube.
m5 m6 - main rotor hub, and it assembly
m7 - installing bamboo rods
these rods are a sacrificial element in falls. they save the blades.
the rods help to assemble the rotor precisely, because they can be bent with a hot soldering iron.
m8 - blade design. loops are put on the main shaft.

what is the strings running from the rotor blades?

This is gyroscopic stabilization of the rotor. This stabilization works like a flybar on two bladed propellers.

the take-off weight of the model is 38 grams

I haven't launched the model since February 23. I haven't done anything since. I have no inspiration, I think you will understand why. Embarrassed

The work continues, the time of the first flights. I wanted to understand whether it would fly or not before making the fuselage.
