Micro Krystal Klear is great stuff.  I use it to attach canopies, windows and light lenses, heat-shrink tubing for guns, pitot tubes, exhausts etc.  Thinned with water it's the best thing I've found for attaching tissue framing to canopies.  Straight out of the bottle it can be used to build up the teardrop or bulb-shaped marker light lenses used on many aircraft - once dry you can tint that red or green using a Sharpie.  It's also good for tacking tissue markings to doped tissue before flooding them with thinner.

The only caution is that it remains water-soluble when dry.  I haven't had any problems with canopy, heat-shrink or marker lights, but when I tried using it to attach struts on a biplane I found that they didn't hold after being doused with early morning dew.

I use Aleene's Tacky Glue also.  But use it sparringly.  You'll need to use tape or some other way of holding your canopy in place while the glue dries.  It will dry clear and works well.  Ian was right with his suggestion of Aleene's but there is another glue called canopy glue made by Sig Manufacturing.  Oddly enought it's called Sigs Canopy Glue. I don't think you'll find Aleene's and Sigs don't really grab but they are tackier than most other glues. Aleene's tacky glue was recommended a while ago. I have used it on small models successfully. It is inexpensive and you can find it at Wally World.
