I could be wrong, but ebay asking price is just over 200.$  No clue if they will get that or not, that's a display model, not a great flyer. 
The problem is, to get that you need a collector. Another issue is did the plastic parts melt or deform in the attic? Better off not to open it and find out till you have a buyer.

I have a Guillows B-29 which I bought 20 years ago . Still sitting in my attic still in the box. Will never get around to building it . Sale value now ?   Ovington
