I've recommended Hallmark's holiday tissues.  They seem to put out special tissue for all special holidays they observe, Christmas, Valentines, St Patricks, Mother's Day, Holloween, and then the seasons as well, check out their Weddings tissues for gold and silver and other pastels.  Yes you have to check each tissue for running of colors etc. but over all it seems to be a good quality tissue.

Tissue - I cannot for the life of me remember WHICH forum had discussions last year about tissue,  but I will risk it here.

Inspirations, Hallmark, SPECIFICALLY for Walgreens at Christmas - I have NO idea why this special batch seems to have nicer grain than any other Hallmark tissue, but it does.

Pre-shrinks on a frame super easy, on model super easy, and looks pretty good.
if you are heavy handed with the mist? the red will spot and run a bit.

has a really nice grain, and its cheap.  PLUS?  its on SALE at half price now.
I just picked up 2 bags of red and green, 35 sheets, $2.50, It also comes in white, 90 sheets, $2.50.
the walgreens by my house has 3 shelves full of it. I probably have more than I can ever use,  but I will stop by in a few weeks and see if they have dropped to 75% off.

If you build, if you need tissue,  if you live near a Walgreens, if you are cheap like me? - - I recommend stopping by and checking it out.
