Maxfliart's two videos for making a winch for towline gliders inspired by Peter Kaiteris.  It's an adaptation of the yellow 10-1 winder into a winch.  He shows other winders that could also be used, which us oldtimers might still have laying around from the beginning years of our modeling days to wind our rubber motors!
