John,
A lot of rigging on this one but with your knack for detail it should be a breeze for you. I only did that once to a plastic model when I was a teen. I have a Hasegawa Wright Kittyhawk  (museum quality) in my basement waiting for me that will require this kind of detail; it is not mine but I was asked to build it, so I REALLY want to get it done correctly.

JohnO....ditto what C.L. said....

Looks like a real Dr1 from Cole Palen's Ole Rhinebeck Aerodrome....Just sitting outside the hanger waiting to be cranked up for a hop around the area.

Nicely Done JohnO....I'm already looking forward to the Jenny.

JohnO...

I'll look forward to those pics outside...but don't over do it...those can be made post surgery as your able.

Found this link re: Jenny wooden props...http://www.woodenpropeller.com/Jenny.html  Thought you'd like this as your planes have so much detail, even on the props....

And a couple more pics of metal nosed Jennys...

enjoy,

Tom

JohnO....

Helmut looks great....the perfect conclusion to the Dr1 project...He should be able to soar to new heights in that rig.
