I am guilty of this as well!!!  Great hobby.  I call it my therapy!!!

I love the planes hanging from the ceiling... well done.  I've done a similar thing in my building space off the laundry room.  But some of my planes are inverted.  I just say their at the top of an inside loop!!!   I've also started to hang them by the horizontal stab, nose down along the walls and over the windows.

Love that little Macchi seaplane!  I've looked at that plan a few times, and stashed away a little Air Hogs capacitor-powered pusher with the thought I might be able to fly it with that.  Great collection of builds.

Resurrecting the distant past...a Fokker design, constructed by the Glenn L. Martin Company, the MO-1 U.S.Navy observation aircraft of 1925.

Model is of 21.5"wingspan, 7"dia. prop, two loops of Sig 3/32" rubber for power...weighs in around 34g...give or take a bit.  Construction is based upon an enlarged Dave Linstrum peanut plan out of Model Builder Magazine, circa 1993.

As I've gotten into the habit of doing...a synopsis of my latest "build"....

Aikoku is the Japanese expression for "patriotism."  During my meager research for a "build theme," I learned that a particular Japanese naval officer by the name of Ōnishi (not to be confused with the person of Admiral Takijirō Ōnishi, "father" of the WW2 kamikaze tactic) purchased a Fairchild 22 in 1933 while serving in the USA as Naval Attache.  He returned to Japan the next year, retired, and then donated the aircraft to the Imperial Japanese Army Academy...hence the kanji characters on my model's fuselage...Aikoku...patriotism.

The model is a discontinued Sig '29er Kit FF-21 which was loosely based on the Fairchild 22 of the early 1930's.  Wingspan is 20" and finished weight is 34.8g.  I'm guilty of making a number of alterations to the model, all very minor and more toward salving my insecurities than anything else.

Wrapping up another "one."  Constructed as a gift for my middle son (3) in remembrance of a toy he once possessed (hope he takes better care of this one...he's 43 years old now)...a Comet Models 1936 Boeing P-26A "Peashooter"...dime scale (16"ws).  Weighs in at 26.8g with a single loop motor of 3/16" rubber turning a 5.5"dia. prop.  Aircraft is modeled as a member of the 27th Pursuit Squadron, USAAC...GO ARMY. 

She's a CLASSIC!
