I'm with you guys! This is my boy Lochi (short for Lochlan, which he has a hard time pronouncing). He's a rescue dog too. He rescued me from a life of clean carpet, unchewed table legs, and boredom.

On the bright side, and uncharacteristic for the breed, he can't catch a frisbee. He can barely catch a sausage. But he has NEVER attempted to catch an airplane!

This is his favorite time of year- when he tries to assemble a frankendeer from parts he brings home. Last year all he lacked was antlers and tenderloins!

OMG! I do love these dogs. Thanks for sharing Lastwoodsman. Maggie was a rescue dog. She had about 40 minutes before being put down as a real young dog. I know the world is a better place because her beating heart is in it.

Hi Stoney.  "Maggie May" is a doll - just look at the love in her eyes ...  I know "Trapper" would immediately fall in love "at first sniff" - he is still "intact".   Shocked

George!- where have you been?   How are your models flying?  Are you able to post into the site better?   We miss you.

Me and my best friend, my "bird dog" Trapper.  I only have 3 hobbies in retirement - balsa model planes, my piano accordion, and my dog.
