You can take it to a Print Shop, or you can have Ratz at HPA print it, or you can print it yourself and tape the pages together.
So, either take a snapshot to print only a part of your plan, or just print the whole plan in Adobe Acrobat. Then go to the Print Dialog.
Then -referring to the diagram:
1. Select your page size, letter, legal, ....
2. Click on Poster so that it will print on multiple pages
3. Click on Tile Scale to enlarge or reduce the printout to your desired size

Optionally, select "cut marks" to give marks for aligning pages while taping them together
and fill in a dimension on "Overlap", such as 0.25 for 1/4" of the outer edge to be duplicated for matching edges while taping.
