You could with out soldering on a retainer, just leave the prop shaft a smidge longer and use Chris's retainer solution.  Smiley

Yes very handy for field repairs or changing to a bigger or smaller prop to fine tune the trimming of the aircraft!

I like that this setup allows you to change props pretty much on demand.
