Looks good standing still. I hope that you get to test-fly it as well.  Smiley

It's a good thing this isn't one of those "Balsa Aircraft Modelers Purists" facebook pages, Huey. I can see it now...    Grin Cheesy Wink

Sorry about that Tom, the one the Tech's are working on has a LS3 engine. The one I have to finish has the 2.7L V6 as pictured.

I thought the LS was a V8 but I only see three exhaust headers...I'm NOT very savy on these new GM motors!

The weather is finally cooperating and the garage is getting rearranged. Went to the shop to see if they hung the engine. Yep. The T51 here is almost finished, it has a LS3 installed of about 420hp. These T51's are 3/4 scale two place aircraft.

Huey,

Ditto for me too.  Really like to see you on this "Stang" in 2/3rd scale.  Since I live in Reno, home of the Nat'l Championship Air Rqces, I've personally seen this Thunder Mustangs truly hold their own up against the 'Big Boys" of highly modified Mustangs and Sea Furies.

Being an A&P myself I'd also like to see your approach to the systems and more.

If it's okay with everyone, I thought I'd post this here to give those who are not familiar with aircraft structures a look see, so to say. I've been asked to finish this project. I've built three of them and repaired several. I have to do the engine installation and cowling. Tie up any loose ends and test run. It's getting a Suzuki V6 of 180hp with a 86" four blade constant speed prop. It is a 3/4 scale, two place kit that looks like a P51D Mustang.
