I am sooo jealous of you!!
I just moved and went to my LHS inquiring about C/L. No one there had any idea what I was talking about. That same shop hung up on me when I asked if they had any nitrate or butyrate Dope... ah, you guys are lucky. Fly a flight for all of us less fortunate Smiley

Brenda, that sure looks like the park I mentioned in an earlier post and If so I helped with a few contests for Knights of the Round Circle in SoCal. Whittier Park was the name that I could not remember, I would take the bus form Pasadena with my chair, hat, sunglasses, food, liquid, and spend the day watching and or helping others or any contest that happened to be happening. That was a blast and this park is what brought me back to building balsa again even if I did settle on Stick and Tissue.

Thanks for the photos of those beautiful airplanes.

Howdy from newest member of Knights of the Round Circle in SoCal! I'll be flying my twin Electra, 1952 Giro, and Speedie at Whittier Narrow Sunday.

This board is for all of our modeling buddies who love Control Line (UC- You Control) as verses RC (Radio Control).  Many of us cut our modeling teeth on UC or CL modeling.

Those of you who love CL/UC please share your models with us here!
