I guess everybody has been busy with building or life... no rush or pressure.  Just let things happen as they will.  I'll not post a new picture...if anyone wants to post a new picture go ahead.

I really like this topic but don't want to hog it, like to let other people try.

Yes indeed. It was given either the 27 or the 270 designation.
There doesn't seem to be a lot of interest in this thread for the last few months.

OK...I believe it's a Breguet Br-270 Observation aircraft of the French Airforce.

Br-270

Those roundels were misleading at first....Brrrr our weather has turned cool here.  Moving on toward winter.  I think I know what it is, but shall wait on others to respond...

Which movie? The Capelis XC-12 was used in about 19 movies, including Five Came Back(1939), Flying Tigers(1942) (my favorite, other than 'King of the Zombies') and Immortal Sergeant(1943) See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Capelis_XC-12.

For a single aircraft that was grounded as soon as RKO got hold of it, it did a lot of 'flying' and 'crashing'.
For King of the Zombies: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xs4ApsGryPo

Tom has nailed it, one of many ugly aircraft the Navy thought they needed in the 1920s

Monsieur Fillon has a peanut plan of this one (available on Outerzone), but it isn't French. Neither is it a British Bulldog, although it really is some kind of a dog.
